How the Week Flows
Day 0 – Arrival & Property Orientation
Settle into your privately owned villa. Become comfortable with your golf cart. Review how the home is set up and how the surrounding area connects.
Day 1 – Community Orientation
Experience a guided overview of how The Villages is structured — from recreation centers and amenities to golf systems, town square rhythms, and everyday logistics.
This is experiential and practical — not a tour.
Days 2–6 – Explore With Understanding
With orientation in place, the week becomes yours.
Attend live music in the square.
Explore the flavor of different areas — from established neighborhoods to newer sections of the community.
Enjoy a golf activity that fits your style — from the driving range to a shorter executive course.
Walk Lake Sumter at sunset.
Support remains available when helpful, but the pace is entirely your own.

While individuals under 55 may purchase homes in certain circumstances, the amenities, programming, and overall culture are designed primarily for active adults.
Villages Signature Stay is structured for adults 50+ who are seriously exploring whether this type of community fits their long-term plans.

$1595 - Complete 7 Night Experience
This includes the private villa, all applicable taxes & fees, 4-seat golf cart, roundtrip Orlando airport transfer, structured orientation, curated weekly flow, and on-call guidance throughout your stay.
Availability beyond August is currently open.
Seasonal pricing beginning in September will be released separately, as rates adjust in alignment with Florida’s fall demand patterns.
