How the Week Flows
Day 0 – Arrival & Property Orientation
Settle into your private villa. Get comfortable with your golf cart. Review the home and how the surrounding area is laid out.
Day 1 – Community Introduction
Get a clear, practical introduction to how The Villages works — from navigating the area to accessing amenities, schedules, and activities.
We’ll spend time out in the community together — visiting key areas, getting comfortable navigating by golf cart, and experiencing how things work in real time.
This is hands-on and real — not a tour.
Days 2–6 – Experience It Your Way
With a solid starting point, the rest of the week is yours.
Tour all of the squares.
Explore different areas of the community and neighborhoods.
Try a game of shuffleboard or bocce.
Play golf — a quick executive 9 or a full championship 18.
Spend the afternoon at Edna’s on the Green.
Support is available when you need it, but the pace is entirely your own.

Community Structure
The Villages is a 55+ active adult community.
While individuals under 55 may purchase homes in certain circumstances, the amenities, programming, and overall culture are designed primarily for active adults.
Villages Signature Stay is structured for adults 50+ who are seriously exploring whether this type of community fits their long-term plans. Because the experience includes two temporary Lifestyle Resident IDs and private airport transfer, the Signature Stay is structured for a maximum of two adult guests.

Our recently updated 3-bedroom Courtyard Villa in the Village of Charlotte — clean, private, and designed for comfort while you explore.
Investment
$1,595 — Complete 7-Night Experience (June–August 2026)
Includes private villa, all taxes and fees, 4-seat golf cart, round-trip Orlando/Sanford airport transfer, personal introduction, curated weekly flow, and on-call support throughout your stay.
The Signature Stay is designed as a full 7-night experience to allow enough time to get comfortable and experience how everything fits together.
Shorter stays (4–6 nights) may be available upon request, but a full week is recommended.
If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, adjusted pricing may be available.
Seasonal rates beginning in September will be released separately.
Introductory summer pricing reflects the launch phase. As availability fills, rates may adjust.
