What This Is
Villages Access is an accommodations business, not a real estate lead-generation tool. Your clients can book a home directly, stay as long as their search takes, and explore the community on their own schedule.

Respecting Your Relationship
Your clients came to your first, and that doesn’t change because they stay in one of our homes. We don’t solicit real estate business from guests, and we won’t reach out to your clients about buying or selling. If a guest asks who to work with, we point them back to you
The Optional Signature Stay
Some Realtors ask us to help a client get comfortable with the community faster before continuing their home search together. That’s what the optional Signature Stay is for —community and golf cart orientation, and airport transfer. Never a sales presentation.
